Request for Quotation (RFQ) – Official Scope
Trinamul Unnayan Sangstha (TUS) invites Request for Quotations (RFQs) from competent local and national vendors for construction works under the project “Promoting GESI Responsive Nature-Based Solutions for Enabling Resilience in the Chattogram Hill Tracts (CHT) of Bangladesh” (NbS & Spring), implemented by TUS in partnership with HELVETAS, Bangladesh.

Submission
Interested and eligible local or national vendors are requested to submit their quotations within 06 October 2026 to the Convener, Procurement Committee, Trinamul Unnayan Sangstha (TUS), Marma Samsad Building (1st Floor), Pankhaiyapara, Khagrachari-4400, either by hand or via email at procurement@trinamulchtbd.org.
Quotation Preparation
- Use the applicable RFQ schedule and quote against the stated quantities and units.
- Review the drawings, pipe diameter/length diagrams and supporting technical documents attached for each location.
- The downloadable RFQ schedules and technical documents remain authoritative for detailed specifications, quantities and contractual requirements.
Interested and eligible local or national vendors are requested to submit their quotations no later than 06 October 2026 to the Convener, Procurement Committee, Trinamul Unnayan Sangstha, Marma Samsad Building (1st Floor), Pankhaiyapara, Khagrachari-4400, either by hand or via email at procurement@trinamulchtbd.org.
Terms and conditions:
1) TUS will deduct VAT and Tax as per government rules.
2) Photocopy of updated trade license, VAT and Tax certificate have to submit with quotation.
