Submission and Conditions
Submission deadline: 22 October 2026 by 3:00 PM (Asia/Dhaka).
Submission: Online or Offline.
Online: Send signed and stamped documents to procurement@trinamulchtbd.org.

Offline: Sealed envelope marked RFQ Ref: TUS/FERB/RFQ/2026-004 delivered to TUS Tender Box
at Trinamul Unnayan Sangstha (TUS),
Marma Unnayan Samsad (1st Floor),
Pankhaiya Para, Khagrachari Sadar,
Khagrachari Hill District - 4400.
Required documents:
Valid Trade License; TIN Certificate and latest tax return submission copy; BIN/VAT registration; bank account details; signed and sealed official financial offer. For enlisted vendors: signed and sealed official financial offer.
Price validity: Minimum 90 days from submission deadline. Prices inclusive of applicable VAT and tax per Government of Bangladesh guidelines.
Delivery: TUS Head Office, Khagrachari within 7 days of PO issuance.
Payment: Account Payee Cheque / Bank Transfer within 15-30 days upon receipt, inspection, acceptance, delivery challan and final bill.
TUS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations in whole or part without assigning reasons.
